Furnishings include but are not limited to:
3 Bedroom's - Master has Queen bed, Spare #1 has Queen Bed, Spare #2 has twin bunk beds and a full sized fold out futon.
2 Bathroom's - All toiletries provided
1 car garage w/ auto opener
Living Room - Large TV, DVD/VCR, Large selection of Movie's to choose from, Big comfy couches/ottoman
Kitchen - All dishes, eating/cooking utensils provided, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator
Large Dining room with table for 4.
Back Patio with table/chairs & Charcoal BBQ (Snow removal of back patio available upon request)
Pricing:
$50 per night (Mon-Thurs) - No minimum
$90 per night (Fri-Sun) - No minimum
$75 Cleaning fee per stay (Same price weather its for one night of several nights)
Valid Credit Card held for $200.00 deposit. Will not charge unless home/belongings are damaged after stay.
